By purchasing an item from Christina Lala Custom Design, you are agreeing to the following:

PROCESSING TIME:

Each item is hand made with a lot of love, care and attention to detail; and with that being said, processing time does not include turn around time. Each hand made item takes 5-7 days to create and roughly 72 hours to fully cure prior to shipping. Turn around time(s) are based on my current workload. Turn around time does not include weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend, the turn around time starts on the following business day.

Custom Orders: 3-4 weeks (20 business days)
Ready To Ship: 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days)

RETURN POLICY:

Every item is hand made to order and due to that nature, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of payment. Custom orders are made particularly for an individual and can not be resold. However, if there is an issue with your item, please reach out to me and I will try my best to resolve the situation.

SHIPPING:

Once the item is completed and ready for shipment you will be notified. Shipment is typically done once a week and you will be provided with a tracking number for your order.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the box and item and send it to me within 24 hours of delivery. I will then contact USPS - I am NOT responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address so PLEASE make sure the address provided is correct.

Please understand that all items are hand made and may have minor imperfections and/or random specs of glitter. Also understand that each item made will not be identical to the picture posted; though the difference may be little to none. All items are made with high quality products and prior to shipment a thorough inspection is done.
